Senior Consultant Energy in Innsbruck (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:
Manage consulting mandates or key workstreams within larger projects, ensuring successful execution and alignment with client needs.
Support business development efforts by analyzing market trends, identify prospects and opportunities for consulting mandates, prepare proposals, and identify new opportunities in energy consulting with existing or new clients and partners.
Conduct in-depth energy market analysis, energy efficiency assessments, and energy transition studies, contributing to the development of strategic recommendations for clients.
Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, engaging with consultants, engineers, and subject-matter experts to deliver high-quality solutions.
Develop quantitative and qualitative analyses to support decision-making in areas such as energy mix optimization, decarbonization strategies, and energy policy assessments.
Engage with clients and stakeholders, contributing to relationship management and ensuring a strong client focus in all project phases.

Ihr Profil:
Educational Background: MSc or equivalent degree in engineering, economics/finance, or a related field. Ideally you have a mixed degree and understand both worlds. Additional qualifications, such as an MBA or PhD of renown institutions are advantageous.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in engineering, energy consulting, investment advisory, or management consulting with a focus on energy sector.
Project Leadership: Proven ability to manage and steer consulting mandates, with a strong track record of leading complex projects and guiding teams in an advisory role.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and investment strategies in the energy sector, with a keen ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
Network & Relationships: Well-established reputation and own professional network in the energy sector, with the capability to leverage relationships for business growth.
