In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we, ILF Consulting Engineers Austria GmbH, as the controller, are providing you with information here about the collection and processing of personal data that we carry out in the course of the application process and your rights in this regard. We may process an applicant’s personal data, such as name, address, date of birth, telephone number, e-mail address, nationality, CV and photo, obtained from public sources, from personnel consultants ('recruiters'), or provided by the respective applicant for the purposes listed below.

In accordance with Art. 6 (1) (a) et seq. GDPR, this data may be processed both for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by ILF and for the implementation of pre-contractual measures in the application process. With your consent, ILF may also process your data for record keeping for future reference.

If this is necessary for the aforementioned purposes, your personal data may be transferred to affiliated companies of the ILF Group.

Your personal data are stored either for a period of 7 months after completion of the application process or until you withdraw your consent. Your data will be stored for a maximum of 6 years. Irrespective of this, we store your personal data as long as statutory retention obligations exist or your personal data are required for the establishment or defense of any legal claims that are not yet time-barred.

In accordance with Art. 15 et seq. GDPR, you, as a data subject, have the following rights: right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restriction of processing, right to data portability, right to object to processing and right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). If the processing of personal data is based on your consent, this consent can be withdrawn at any time without giving reasons.
